1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jil7," "we," "us," or "our" refers to jil7 and its operators, as the provider of the platform accessible at jil7.club.
• "Platform" means the jil7 website, all pages, games, betting services, promotional tools, and account features accessible at jil7.club.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jil7 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a player on the jil7 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's jil7 account, including real-money balance and bonus balance where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reload offer granted to a player by jil7, subject to specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by jil7 before withdrawal of funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jil7 Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jil7.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the jil7 Platform immediately and close your account by contacting jil7 customer support.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules published for individual games, promotions, or betting markets on the jil7 Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail for that particular game or promotion.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the jil7 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gaming participation as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. jil7 strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the jil7 Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or exclusion order from jil7 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body at the time of registration or at any time during use of the Platform.
5. One Account Only: You must not already hold an active or suspended jil7 account. Holding multiple accounts simultaneously is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of jil7 Platform services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jil7 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. jil7 monitors for duplicate account activity and may use technical and documentary means to detect violations.
• jil7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of billing address, and evidence of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name).
• Withdrawal of funds requires completed KYC verification. jil7 may place a hold on withdrawals pending receipt and review of required documentation. Processing times for KYC review are typically one to three (1–3) business days.
• jil7 may refuse to open an account or suspend an existing account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or if jil7 has reason to believe the player does not satisfy the eligibility requirements in Section 3.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

jil7 supports a range of Philippine-peso denominated payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. These include, but are not limited to, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven cash deposit. All transactions on the jil7 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jil7 does not accept third-party deposits — you may only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your jil7 Account.
• jil7 processes GCash and Maya withdrawals typically within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take between fifteen (15) minutes and two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• jil7 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that are unusual in size, frequency, or payment method, or that are made shortly after a deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard. Withdrawals below the minimum amount will not be processed.
• Any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be removed from your balance at the time of the withdrawal request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jil7 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Players must fulfill the full wagering requirement within the specified time window.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfillment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at lower rates. Specific contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: jil7 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine play intention, and colluding with other players to exploit promotions. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds or free spins not used, and any wagering requirement not completed, within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• jil7's Right to Modify Promotions: jil7 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such alteration does not adversely affect players who have already commenced fulfilling a wagering requirement in good faith.

7 Games & Betting Rules

The jil7 Platform provides access to casino games (including live dealer games, slots, table games, and specialty games), sports betting, and other wagering products. The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on jil7:

• All games are provided by certified third-party game providers. Each game's rules, minimum and maximum bets, and RTP (Return to Player) figures are displayed within the game interface.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. jil7 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jil7 will endeavor to reconstruct the round from server-side logs and settle the bet according to the reconstructed result. Where reconstruction is not possible, jil7 may void the bet and return the wagered stake to the player's balance.
• Sports betting markets are offered on events including, but not limited to, the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), NBA, international football (soccer), boxing, mixed martial arts including UFC, and other events as listed on the Platform. Odds are subject to change before market closure.
• jil7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds caused by manifest error, technical failure, or odds feed malfunction. Players will be notified of voided bets and the relevant stake will be returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game and betting market interface.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jil7 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment credentials; providing false identity information; creating accounts using false identities.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one jil7 account for any purpose, including to circumvent a suspension, access a bonus more than once, or conceal prohibited activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in any game, including poker, to gain an unfair advantage over jil7 or other players.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the jil7 Platform in a manner not intended for normal human play.
• Exploiting System Errors: Intentionally exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from a system error are not payable and must be returned to jil7.
• Money Laundering: Using the jil7 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes. jil7 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to your jil7 Account. Any account subject to a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation, and the chargeback amount plus administrative costs will be pursued.

9 Responsible Gaming

jil7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We recognize that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic. jil7 provides the following tools and resources to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum gaming session durations. A notification is sent when the session limit is approaching, and the session terminates automatically when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic notifications reminding them of time spent and amounts wagered in the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the selected period. During self-exclusion, the player's account will be suspended, login will be blocked, and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion may be applied for through the Account settings or by contacting jil7 support.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek help. For Philippine players, resources are available through PAGCOR's responsible gaming program. jil7 also recommends contacting the National Council on Problem Gambling or other licensed counseling services available in the Philippines.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jil7 Platform, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, animations, audio, and video, is the intellectual property of jil7 or its respective content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the jil7 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the jil7 Platform without prior written consent from jil7.

The jil7 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of jil7. Unauthorized use of jil7 trademarks is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil7 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from your decision to gamble, including the loss of any staked funds, regardless of whether such losses result from a technical failure, connection error, or normal game outcome.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the jil7 Platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or circumstances beyond jil7's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Third-party payment processing delays, errors, or failures that affect deposit or withdrawal timing.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits jil7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

jil7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after request.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable inactivity fee disclosures.
• Request by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Voluntary closure request submitted by the Account holder.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited by jil7. Where an Account is closed at the player's request or due to inactivity (without breach), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.

13 Privacy & Data

jil7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jil7.club/privacy-policy. By registering on the jil7 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jil7 may share your personal data with third parties including: certified game providers for account session authentication, licensed payment processors for transaction processing, and competent Philippine authorities (including PAGCOR and the AMLC) where required by law.

jil7 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to jil7's legal obligations to retain certain records. 14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jil7 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jil7 will endeavor to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

jil7 operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Regulatory complaints may be referred to PAGCOR or the relevant licensing authority with jurisdiction over jil7's operations.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jil7 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jil7 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the jil7 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support before the effective date.
